Moldovan flower lands, April 2006

There is no other place full of beauty, like lavanda flowers in spring time. Usually, Moldovans grow it for medicine, but you rarely see this flower in the drug store, because they go for higher prices abroad.

My trip continued to Ciadyr-Lunga, a city in Găgăuzia region of Moldova.

All boys were ready to take a strong horse and start the race. Lots of people were waiting for the winer to come. Aprearantly, one of them wan, not because of the horse, but because of the master’s courage. Just a few Moldovans showed up to this regional tradition, which I would say, is very interesting one.
